THE GIFT THAT IS IN YOU
“Do not neglect the gift that is in you” 1 Timothy 4:14
Many of us do not recognize who we are and what we are worth in God’s eyes. This makes
acknowledgment of our precious gifts, that He has given specifically to us, difficult to utilize. We all have stories to tell and talents to practice. Do you have a testimony about the things that Christ has done for you? What are your particular talents? Hone in on your skills and use them for God’s glory. Share freely the gifts that God has given to you. If you are not sure about your talents or how to practice your talents, just ask God and He will surely guide you.
When you start to pray this, prepare yourself for greater blessings and prepare yourself to do the satisfying work that you have been called to do. We have all been given talents and opportunities; however the rest is up to us. Thank God for the way that He has made you, and start to walk in your talents today! Not all of us have been given the same amount of talent, however we have all been given the same ability to be faithful with our talents.
“According to the grace given to us, we all have different gifts: If prophecy, use it according to the standard of faith, if service in service, if teaching in teaching, if exhorting in exhortation, giving; with generosity; leading, with diligence; showing mercy, with cheerfulness. “
“Based on the gift they have received, everyone should use it to serve others, as good managers of the varied grace of God.”
1 Peter 4:10
Thank you Jesus for your grace and your faithfulness to us, help us to use our gifts through Your love and faithfulness.
